On behalf of Svyaztransneft JSC, we would like to express our appreciation for the professional organisation of the specialised programme “Key Performance Indicator System for Infrastructure Enterprises. Features of Tariff Regulation,” held in Singapore from 23 to 28 March 2015.
The programme enabled direct interaction with international colleagues and provided valuable insight into financial and economic trends, analysis and benchmarking of key performance indicators for pipeline projects developed by the international consulting company IPA.
Visits to organisations involved in state regulation of natural monopolies, capital attraction procedures, assessment of investment attractiveness and implementation of international oil and gas projects, as well as meetings with specialists and exchange of professional experience, left a highly positive impression.
We believe that the knowledge and information obtained will contribute positively to the further development of this area within Svyaztransneft JSC.
